









Kim Koverman
Kim is a graduate of the Wright State University currently working on her MBA in Organizational Leadership. Kim has extensive experience in Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, and Business Development and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Kim has successfully lead design teams for all internal and external communications, developing and managing events, PR and technical writing.
Kim has been recognized as a top sales producer in the Ohio area. Kim has three children: Ashley, Joshua, and Sara and resides in the Dayton area.
Lee Lee
Lee was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She started in the corporate world as a customer service representative for a trucking company and grew from there. With training in HR, Collections, and Management she has grown with each position. As Office Manager for Alliance, Lee assists with many aspects of the company. From scheduling telephonic interviews, travel coordination, and various tasks; Lee is someone each candidate interacts with several times. With her outgoing personality she is great with customer service and solving problems.
She was not born Lee Lee, she in fact married a Lee and could not turn down the unique opportunity of having such a fun name.
John Lowthorpe
Born in the United Kingdom, and raised in New Jersey, John is a retired Army Infantry First Sergeant. His Army assignments included Fort Benning, Georgia; Fort Hood, Texas; Göppingen, Germany; and Toko-Ri, South Korea. John’s military duties were highlighted by tours as a Drill Sergeant, Drill Sergeant Academy Instructor, Weapon Systems Master Gunner, Rifle Platoon Sergeant, Company First Sergeant, and Department of the Army IG Investigator. Upon retiring from the military, John joined Alliance International focusing on mentoring military candidates during their career transitions into leadership, technical, and executive positions in corporate America. John lives in Wake Forest, North Carolina, with his wife Julia, and is devoted to his four wonderful children: Justin, Johnny, Elisabeth-Anne and Jordan.
Michael Hammel
Michael is a 20 year Navy veteran. He spent 10 years of Naval service as Electronic Warfare Technician and 10 years in the Navy Career Recruiter Force recruiting some of the nation's best talent for various US Navy Officer and Enlisted Programs. Upon his retirement he served for 5 years as a Technical Recruiter with Kelly Engineering Resources where he was quickly promoted to Sr. Technical Recruiter after helping his branch win the "Small Branch of the Year" award as the sole recruiter. He has successfully recruited high level engineering, IT, and professional candidates for various small, medium, and large companies. He has also served for four years as a Business Development Manager within the recruiting industry providing top tier talent to quality companies in a variety of industries. Michael lives in Kentucky and works out of Alliance's Cincinnati office.
Mary Stone
Mary Stone joined the Alliance team in 2007 bringing with her over 15 years of Sales and international Sales Management experience. She led the marketing initiative and International Sales Strategy for a leading Imaging Software Development Company. She is member of our Career Transition Services team and works closely with the active duty officers to identify career options and then assist them in developing marketing strategies to create a successful Corporate Transition. She is a Graduate of the University of Massachusetts and has relocated to the Raleigh area from Rhode Island with her family to be a part of the Alliance team.
Tracey Saucedo
Tracey, a native Californian, recently relocated to the Cincinnati area. She is a highly successful manager with 13 years of comprehensive experience at various levels of operations, including Human Resources Administration, Inter-departmental Relations, Regulatory Agency Compliance, Labor Relations, Recruitment and Sales. Tracey is a very proud parent of three children: Anthony, who is serving in the United States Air Force, Amber who attends college at University of New Mexico and Van who is a freshman in high school.
Darisse Smith
Darisse was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, graduating from Episcopal High School of Jacksonville. From there she attended Davidson College in Davidson, NC and graduated with a B.A. in English and a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army. Darisse served as a Kiowa Warrior helicopter pilot for 7 years, first at Ft. Rucker, AL and then to the 10th Mountain Division at Ft. Drum, NY. Her career was highlighted with a deployment to Iraq, where she served as a logistics, aviation and civil affairs liaison officer to the Korean Army in Northern Iraq. Darisse was awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal for her service to the Kurds there. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with an MBA in E-Commerce from Touro University during her tour. She received a medical separation from the Army due to a back injury suffered in the combat zone, and left the Army in March 2007. Prior to joining Alliance, Darisse was a top consultant for a leading Diagnostic product and service company. She has also been a freelance business consultant and writer to several corporations, including Boston Scientific Neuromodulation. She was instrumental in developing a Military Outreach program for Boston Scientific, geared to reducing chronic pain conditions in active troops and veterans. Darisse is an active volunteer with Wounded Warrior Project and is the NC State leader for the American Pain Foundation. She is a Business Development Manager and lives in North Carolina with her husband, Jeff, and their three dogs.
Dave Zybko
A North Carolina native, Dave graduated from N.C. State in 1990 with a degree in Materials Science & Engineering and an MS from the University of Cincinnati in 1992 in Materials Science & Engineering. He has worked in heavy industry since 1992 in engineering and operations positions. His last 8 years were with industry leading Nucor in various management positions. His expertise involved melting, casting, and rolling merchant bar as well as plant management in cold finishing of special bar quality. For the past year Dave has helped support Alliance in their JMO and non-JMO placements as an account executive. He currently lives in Florence, SC with his wife Victoria and their six children.
Elizabeth Lush
Born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Elizabeth is a graduate of Columbus High School and Columbus State University in Georgia, including studying abroad at Oxford University. As a military dependent, she spent her early years on Fort Stewart and Fort Benning, Georgia; Fort Riley, Kansas; Oahu, Hawaii; Wurzburg, Germany; and Fort Knox, Kentucky. Elizabeth comes to us with a retail management background. She joined Alliance in 2005 and has helped hundreds of Junior Military Officers successfully transition to Corporate America. Elizabeth currently lives in Wake Forest, North Carolina, with her family.
Diane Frick
Diane has been highly successful for over 12 years in business development in a variety of businesses to include telecommunications and Executive Recruiting. She has extensive experience working directly with C-level Executives in numerous businesses ranging from start up to Fortune 500. She is passionate about helping people find careers they both excel in and love, matching the right person with the right company is her first priority. Diane works regularly with companies and talented professionals across the nation and is known for her work in technology related fields. Diane draws on her experiences in technology daily, but found her calling when she began helping others find their dream job. Diane graduated from the University of Dayton, Ohio with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and resides in Westwood, Ohio with her dogs, Sam and Charlie.
