Our story begins with the start of Alliance. When recruiting for the Alliance program, the candidate team regularly meets and identifies outstanding talent amongst the active duty service members and veterans that contact our firm daily. Our corporate partners have hiring needs beyond the Alliance profile and Longview Recruiting was created to meet the needs of both companies and candidates.
The military’s transition program can certainly get you started on transition preparation, but we help you land the job. Our hands-on approach allows you to build on the lessons you learn in training classes while still in the military. As you progress through our program, we get to know as much as possible about you and your needs. This service for enlisted candidates is unmatched in the military recruiting industry.

You will be emailed an application to submit to our team and schedule for a final interview.
You will conduct a selection interview with our vice president.
Our training preparation includes practice interviews, resume writing, social media classes, and professional writing classes.

You will be emailed an application as well as asked to furnish a copy of your current resume, evaluations, and collegiate transcripts.
Based on your background and desires, we will call you as opportunities become available. If you are interested, we will submit you for those opportunities and help guide you through the interview and follow-up process.
